David Fraser, CA, CTA

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009 with Deloitte in Edinburgh, where he worked primarily with small and medium sized businesses. He spent two years in London working for a renowned financial restructuring firm before returning to Scotland to establish the firm’s Edinburgh office in 2013, and qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2014. David is a Xero certified adviser.

Xue Shang, CA, AMCT, CTA

Xue helped establish the firm’s Edinburgh office in 2013 after spending two years in London working with PwC in their corporate treasury group. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Edinburgh in 2009, where she worked with a number of small and medium sized businesses. Xue qualified with distinction as an Associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers in 2012 and as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2014. Xue is a Xero certified adviser.
